Sales and Marketing Manager - Industrial Fibers (m/f/d)  

Your responsibilities include
 

  • Developing new customers and new applications for fibers in industrial market based on HQ’s strategy
  • Marketing and sales activity to existing customers
  • Preparing strategic sales plan, and implementation of all activities to achieve the plan
  • Management of sales figures (Quantity, Sales, Profit, Expense) and inventory for assigned products and customers
  • Management of credit administration to customers, internal credit limit and accounts receivable
  • Dealing with claims and complaints from customers
  • Collaboration with industrial fiber team in Japan and US (Sales and marketing, R&D, Production)
 

This is your job profile
 

  • Completed Bachelor degree (or equivalent), in the areas of Commercial, Marketing or Business studies
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing in Europe
  • Very good communication skills in English (spoken and in writing)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • SAP knowledge desirable
  • Business travel (max. 20% of time) within Europe required
  • Pronounced customer, service and solution orientation as well as empathy
  • Own initiative, high implementation and result orientation
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Proactive, self-motivated and self-responsible way of working
