Key Account Manager EMEA (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include

  • Driving account management strategy – translate market strategy into account objectives
  • Identify and develop critical contacts to achieve objectives; advance the relationship.
  • Responsibility to meet and exceed assigned sales budget
  • Corralling internal resources to help deliver objectives
  • Proactively manages customers’ satisfaction and services by anticipating potential challenges and monitoring satisfaction
  • Work with MonoSol’s technical team to drive innovation and exceed customer needs
  • Work closely with the marketing function to strengthen our market strategy and market intelligence
  • Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling proposition and differentiators
 

This is your job profile

  • B.S. in Business Administration. MBA preferred  
  • Demonstrated executive level account management skills
  • Consistent achievement of sustainable excellence in sales
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
  • Proficient in business English mandatory, a second European language, preferred
  • Minimum six years of Technical Sales experience in B2B or a record of achievement as an account manager position
  • Requires 50% of travel to customers’ site in Europe and internationally
  • Industry experience in consumer goods or (flexible) Packaging background preferred, but not mandatory
